What? "All things CCI in Ireland" is a blog that explains what its like to do research masters and show the research being done. The research topic is entrepreneurship in the Creative and Cultural Industries in Ireland. The CCI is ‘those activities which have their origin in individual creativity, skill and talent and which have the potential for wealth and job creation through the generation and exploitation of intellectual property’ DCMS (1998). This project is an exciting chance to meet the hard working and the inspiring people that work in these sub sectors.

 

Who? Ruth O'Hagan has a degree in Business and Arts Management (IADT) and Post Grad in Innovation and Enterprise (UCD) and doing an MRES Entrepreneurship in the creative Industries in Dublin. She has worked with Axis Arts Centre Ballymun, Visual Artists Ireland, Mermaid Arts Centre, Centre of Creative practices.
